English–Spanish and Japanese–Catalan projects may be priced differently because specialist translator availability varies by language pair.
Volume and repetition
Many projects are priced per source word. Repeated or previously translated content may qualify for reductions through translation memory technology.
Deadline and specialism
An urgent clinical trial document has different requirements from a brochure needed in three weeks.

What exactly is a sworn translation and when do I need one?
In Spain, a sworn translation is produced and certified by a translator officially authorised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It may be required for documents submitted to public authorities, courts or registries, such as certificates, qualifications and legal documents. Requirements vary, so check with the receiving organisation or ask us before ordering.
How do I know my documents are safe?
